If your last visit to your doctor is greater than 6 months, an appointment will need to be made. 24 hours’ notice is required for you to receive your repeat script.
The fee of $10.00 is payable on the collection of your script. We do not fax or deliver scripts to the pharmacy, please collect from reception.
